Bergamot can be used to calm and uplift the spirits.

Antiseptic, inhibits viral activity - beneficial for cold sores, chicken pox and shingles (with tea tree and lavender).

Good for relieving tension, anxiety and depression.

Useful in relieving indigestion and flatulence. May be beneficial for early stages of cystitis and urinary tract infections.

Avoid skin exposure to the sun for at least 12 hours after using as a massage oil or bath oil.
