Incense made in the old way of herbs and resins (also includes essential oils). Choose from these carefully and intuitively blended recipes that can help you connect through herbs that have been used for centuries to help us find balance. Natural essential oils have been added to enhance the effects.

The incense is loose in format, for use either on an open fire, stove or with charcoal discs.  Use a metal dish, or heatproof oil burner and crumble the charcoal disc, using a little of it at a time. 

Using a match light the charcoal and let it 'fizz' and go grey. 

It is now ready for a pinch or two of the incense.  If you have an open fire or stove, just simply throw a pinch or two onto the glowing embers.

Use for meditation and room fragrancing.
