Peppermint oil is analgesic, It may be helfpul for muscle pain, bruises and neuralgia.

It is good for the digestive system and may relieve dyspepsia, nausea and stomach pains.

Helpful for clearing and focusing the mind and where there is mental fatigue.

Can stimulate circulation and the lymphatic system.

May be beneficial for colds and infection. Cold compresses with peppermint can be applied to forehead or temples to alleviate headaches
