Wheatgerm is high in vitamin E (a natural anti-oxidant) and essential fatty acids.

It can be helpful in promoting the formation of skin cells and revitalising dry skin. Its anti-oxidant properties make it good for mature skin making it more supple and soft.

The oil may be useful for dermatitis.

Beneficial for tired muscles

Wheatgerm can be added to other oils as a preservative.
