"They are made in Scotland, with simple, unpretentious labelling and organic, straightforward ingredients, We've always found the calendula ointment great for sunburn. Petals of Calendula officinalis are steeped in sunflower oil and mixed with beeswax, lavender oil and benzoin (which is also a natural ingredient) ... and that's all. There's a comfrey ointment too - it's a light green colour from the comfrey leaves, and the midge ointment has always sold well when I took groups round the garden in the evening! Not only was it effective at repelling midges (tested in Scotland! but due to some rules has to be called Summer Evening Balm), but it smells delicious, a mixture of lavender, thyme, citronella and peppermint oils in aloe vera. Herbal Foot Balm  "All that i can say about your Foot Balm is that i don't what we would have done if we couldn't have got our supply. My wife is in hospital at the moment with kidney trouble and she was told to use ointment prescribed by our doctor for itch and dry skin on her feet. When unexpected life circumstances and a demanding employer brought me to breaking point, I decided to seek the help of a professional therapist to try and put things in perspective a bit. This took me on an amazing journey that was going to change my life but it was hard work that sometimes left me mentally and physically drained. It was was after one of these sessions that my therapist suggested I visit Jacqui at Organica J for an aromatherapy massage. She came highly recommended and I thought "why not"? From the word go Jacqui was amazing. She put my mind at ease with her gentle personality. The intital session included a chat about me and why I was there. Jacqui's gentle enquiring lead to me opening up and telling her about the past couple of years and my need to recover emotionally and physically from my journey. She listened intently and with empathy and to my surpirse had a much deeper understanding of where I had been that I had expected. Her depth of knowledge surprised me too and I soon discovered that her skills reached beyond massage into many other areas of life, health and wellbeing that I hadn't appreciated she could do. Jacqui is a great listener and sometimes I find myself just off-loading whats on my mind and bothering me - this in itself is amazingly therapeutic but combined with an aromatherapy massage just leaves me feeling so free and light.
